DigiSolvo - Build, Market, Grow

Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply to the use of this website and to the services DigiSolvo provides.

Review before publishing. This is a starting draft, not legal advice. Add your registered business name and address, set the governing jurisdiction in the “Governing law” section, and have the whole document reviewed by a qualified professional before you rely on it.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the DigiSolvo website. By browsing the site, submitting an enquiry or using the assistant, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Our services

DigiSolvo provides website development, SEO, social media marketing, content creation, paid advertising and branding & strategy services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this website if the two ever conflict.

3. Website content

We take care to keep this website accurate, but the content is provided for general information. Descriptions of services are not offers capable of acceptance and do not constitute a quotation. Portfolio entries and testimonials marked as placeholders are illustrative examples, not records of completed client work.

4. Quotes and engagement

Quotes are prepared for a specific scope and are valid for the period stated in them. Work begins once the scope and fee are agreed in writing. Changes to scope after that point may affect the timeline and the fee, and we will tell you before proceeding.

5. Client responsibilities

  • Provide the content, access, approvals and feedback needed to progress the work
  • Ensure you hold the rights to any material you supply to us for use in your project
  • Comply with the rules of any third-party platform used in your campaigns

Timelines assume reasonably prompt responses. Delays in feedback or content will move delivery dates accordingly.

6. Advertising spend

Where we manage paid advertising, the advertising budget is paid directly to the platform and remains yours. It is separate from, and additional to, our management fee. Platform costs, auction dynamics and policy decisions are outside our control.

7. Results and performance

Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors we do not control, including competition, market conditions and the policies of search engines and advertising platforms. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, lead numbers or revenue, and we will never claim to. We commit to the agreed scope of work, carried out competently and reported honestly.

8. Intellectual property

The DigiSolvo name, logo and the content of this website belong to DigiSolvo. Ownership of project deliverables transfers to you on full payment, unless your written agreement says otherwise. Third-party components such as fonts, stock assets or plugins remain subject to their own licences.

9. Payment

Payment terms, milestones and any applicable taxes are set out in your proposal or invoice. Work may be paused on overdue accounts after reasonable notice.

10. Third-party services

This website links to third-party services, including WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DigiSolvo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data, arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which DigiSolvo operates. Add your specific jurisdiction here before publishing.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top reflects the current version.

14. Contact
